Client Relationship Manager - Residential Property Marketing

Our successful property marketing client is actively seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their London based agency.

As a Client Relationship Manager, it will be your responsibility to build, nurture and maintain long term relationships with the firm’s clients, whilst in short-term managing the day to day direction of accounts. You will strategically lead client relationships and drive forward growth through current and formulated company targets, and uphold a supportive, consultative, client focused and collaborative approach at all times within your role.

Whilst enhancing brand strategy for all clients by adhering to the processes and procedures of the company you will also be responsible for growing client revenue and keeping up to date with ever changing trends in the client market.

The right candidate must hold the ability to adapt to changing environments and maintain good rapport among clients, regardless of account size, ensuring that all goals and deadlines set by yourself are achievable and the client is never let down.

You will be directly reporting to the Client Relationship Director and Managing Director on an on-going basis, keeping them up to date and maintaining dialogue weekly.

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be vital in establishing partnerships and creating good first impressions and commitment within account portfolios. Your day to day role will not only focus on client relationships but will also ensure you hold a deep understanding of their market and business growth and development; pitching and conversion mustn’t feel out of the norm.

Key Experience Required:

  • 3 years’ experience within a previous similar role
  • MS Office proficient across all platforms
  • Recognise and understand strategic and tactical sales and marketing campaigns
  • Be able to show a proven track record with client management and revenue growth 
  • Be organised and focused on attention to detail
  • Experience within a multi-channel environment 
  • Digital Industry Knowledge
  • Degree educated or relevant experience within the business/industry backgrounds
