Customer Service Representative – Fluent in Dutch

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well established online product retailer. 

This role requires someone with fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written. You will be handling customer enquiries and complaints across email and telephone. Your role will also involve responding to online reviews, assisting with various tasks across different departments as required.

You will be involved in assisting the marketing department, processing customer orders and refunds relating to online sales, investigating enquiries from customer requests, liaising with deliver firms in order to track necessary consignments for clients.

You will also be responsible for assisting marketing department with data cleansing for the purpose of marketing, helping out with call campaigns so a good telephone manner is required.

We’ll utilise your skills in Dutch for translating English for marketing to the Dutch market on products and within literature and promotional campaigns.

We are looking for a confident, organized and proactive individual who has a professional and personable manner. 

You will be computer literate in Excel, Word and in Outlook with the ability to compose well written email communications and have experience in dealing with the public, probably from a call center or telephone sales environment, mail order or e-commerce business.

The working day runs from 9am to 5:30pm The salary on offer is from £20,000.00 to £22,000.00 DOE

The location of this position is in Harlow and we are looking for applicants within a manageable commute.
