Senior / Group Account Director – Design and Marketing Agency

Our Suffolk based client is a fast growing agency with a truly integrated capability. Currently in a period of growth and wanting to plan for their future, they are building a senior team around them ready to take them to the next level of the organisations development and are looking for an experienced Senior / Group Account Director to part of this journey.

As Senior or Group Account Director you will be instrumental in the strategic planning of the firm’s future, spearheading client services as well as the operations side of the business, continually developing teams, strategy and business growth. You will be a vital part of the firm’s future so a Group Account Director at the top of their game from an equally strong agency side background is an absolute must! You’ll be used to working at the most senior level with high value accounts on recognised brands.

You’ll be working at an operational level with other senior team members so you’ll need to partner others in a shared vision for the continued growth and success of the company over the next 5-10 years. Ideally we’re looking for a candidate who offers potential to grow into the role, in return the successful candidate with have a fantastic future ahead of them with more potential than is initially on offer! This may be that ‘once in a career’ opportunity!

This is a position for a true professional and a leader with a passion for the business. You’ll have between 10-20 years experience gained agency side and come equipped with all the skills and enthusiasm required to play a big part in taking our clients business through the next phase of growth.
